With over four decades of experience, Harvey has worked with clients through a variety of economic conditions, bull and bear stock market cycles, changes in political leadership both here and abroad and a myriad of legislative and tax law changes. Throughout the years, Harvey’s investment and protection knowledge base and commitment to client service has resulted in his qualification as a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, recognizing him being in the top one percentile of financial services professionals worldwide.
Working closely with his clients and understanding their needs, Harvey has become a Special Care Planner. Being a Special Care Planner, Harvey can help families plan for the future of their dependents that need special care.
Harvey provides his clients with the advice, tools, and resources needed to help achieve and maintain their financial goals and dreams. In addition to working with individuals, helping them to plan for a comfortable retirement in their later years, Harvey also brings his knowledge to corporations as a trusted resource for retirement benefit programs including 401(k) plans. Today, he works in partnership with several top financial professionals and works closely with his clients’ attorneys and accountants to develop comprehensive strategies that assist with preserving and growing their wealth.
Harvey proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and his commitment to his country and his community continues to be reflected in his many hours of volunteering. He has a long association with Big Brothers Big Sisters, is a patient representative volunteer at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, is on the Board of Directors of the Officers’ Club of Connecticut, and is involved with the Employer Support Group for Guards and Reserves.
In 1990, Harvey joined the First Company Governor’s Horse Guards, where he volunteered over a decade through 2001 serving as a First Lieutenant– Adjutant with the oldest continuously active mounted Calvary unit in the United States.
The parents of two adult sons, Harvey and his wife Phyllis live in Bloomfield, Connecticut.
